Post-Construction · Commercial Cleaning

The build ends dusty. It opens spotless.

The Final Touch to Every Build. Years of commercial closeouts taught us the right way to clean a build — the right order, the right equipment, the right standard — so your project passes walkthrough the first time.

How a clean closes out

Order isn't a preference in this trade — it's the expertise. Dust falls down, so we work top to bottom, phase by phase, and nothing gets cleaned twice.

  1. Rough Clean

Mid-construction sweep: debris out, surfaces knocked down, site safe for finish trades.

  2. Final Clean

Top-to-bottom detail — high dusting, glass, fixtures, floors — ready for inspection and walkthrough.

  3. Touch-Up Clean

The last pass after punch-list trades wrap, right before keys change hands. We walk it like it's our own name on the building — because it is.
